Return/Exchange

The Customer may return the order within 14 days of receiving the product, without penalty. Such withdrawal must be communicated in writing to [email protected].

The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions: the returned Products must be returned in their entirety; the returned Products must not have been used, washed or damaged; the returned Products must be returned in their original packaging.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with the above conditions, the Seller is required to refund the cost of the goods no later than 30 days after the Seller has physically received the returned products.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the Seller will provide a corresponding refund using the same payment method you chose when you placed your order.

To make the return/exchange you must send an email to [email protected] in which you must indicate the order number, the email you used when ordering, the name and size of the new product you would like as a replacement. The Product must be returned in the original packaging complete in all its parts and must not be worn under the sole. It is necessary that the merchandise has never been used, is completely intact, with delivery document and in its original packaging. Shipping for the return of products is the responsibility of the customer including customs charges if applicable.
